- Added the ability to drill down into the details of the Funding Details page to see the Account and Transaction amounts which make up the primary amounts displayed
- Added the Funds Control automation to prompt users when exceeding available funding
- Enhancements
- Reformatted the Funding Details page to more closely resemble the Management Report format and terminology
- Updated the calculations within the Funding Details page to more directly reflect the values needed by the users and the values presented by the Management Report
- Updated the admin management pages for activities/projects and tags such that:
- Activities will default to being Cash managed
- Projects will default to being Budget managed
- Budget managed items will provide the table to insert budgeting periods
- Added F&A as a sub-component of the funding in the table
- Updated the logic for dates used in the system to make sure that we are using the Transaction Date in calculations, statuses, searches and filters, and ensuring that once a transaction is reconciled, the relevant date becomes the GL date instead
- Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in which chartfields periodically did not replicate from the Global Chartfields section of the Transaction Entry form to the individual lines of the form
- Enabled editing tags in the Global Chartfield section of the Transaction Entry form for Closed transactions
- Fixed another issue which caused approvers to not update within the transaction
