We are pleased to offer the ability to request system access online.

Access will be set up once we have received this authorization.

Who Can Grant Access?


  • Administrators
  • Managers
  • Faculty Members (can only grant authorization to their profiles)


  • College/Department Administrators (can grant access through Self-Service)
  • Faculty Members (can give proxy access to their FARs and Profiles through the Faculty Profile, please review this tutorial for assistance.)

When to expect access?

We will set up your access within 1-2 business days of receiving authorization. We may email you if there is a need for further information.

Additional Information

If you do not have the authorization to grant access, please submit your request and have your Administrator/Manager send an email to with their approval. If access is requested for individual faculty members and not at the department/division level, faculty members can also email authorization.
