Online Training

CV System & Build Your Own CV

The online training for the CV System is a step-by-step guide on how to enter your CV into the electronic system. Each category is covered in detail with tips and best practices to determine where to add individual entries.


Similar to the CV System online training, the E-Survey training offers a complete guide on how to set up surveys, select an audience and send out emails, and view/track the survey results.

In-Person Training

Newly hired faculty are scheduled to attend an in-person training during their first week at the University by their department/division faculty coordinators. Staff members are also invited to attend these sessions. Monthly reminder emails go out to the faculty coordinators to help identify those who would most benefit from an in-person training session.

Monthly Group Training

Monthly CV System trainings alternate between the 1st Tuesday at 9 a.m. and the 2nd Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. every other month.

Training at Your Location

MBM staff members are frequently asked to attend department/division meetings to provide a system overview and highlight new features. From individual to large group sessions, ad-hoc training is available upon request. These meetings are held at your location and allow us to answer your questions and work through examples.

One-on-One Training

If you are unable to attend one of the monthly training sessions, one-on-one trainings are available on an as-needed basis.
