Transaction level chartfield splitting

Front-end validation for amount and request date column searching. (This increases the speed it takes to search on amounts using the column searching, but it has to now be a specific price match. The dollars and cents in the search must match the exact amount in the values. This was a trade off that had to be taken to avoid ~30 second load times)

Only reconcile matches shown on screen (no more reconciling every possible match in the matched tab even when filtered or even those that aren’t on the current page)

Only unique doc_ref_nums allowed before entering reconciliation (validation is shown on the screen as a warning if doc_ref_num isn’t unique, but actually enforced on the step before reconciliation)
