Please be aware that on September 26, 2020, the University Faculty Information & Support (UFIS) Team will conduct a scheduled outage on our systems and services. All our services hosted in UFIS will be affected. The outage is expected to last from September 26 at 8:00 am MST until September 28 at 8:00 am MST. The UFIS team will advise when all services are restored.

Services impacted

  • University of Utah CV system (UCV)
  • All HSC Webservices 
  • BRR Tracking
  • Financial Management System (FMS)
  • All Mission-Based Management (MBM Systems) Including:
    • Faculty Maintenace
    • Risk Management
    • E-Survey
    • List Builder 
    • Reports

Impact: Any emails sent to UFIS staff during this scheduled outage window will be queued and delivered once service has been resumed.
