Many times when you go to see responses there might be some respondents missing. When you go and ask them about why they haven’t done their survey they may respond that they have completed the survey.

The most common reason for this happening is that respondents are only clicking the finish button, not waiting for the next window with the submit final tab, if the submit final tab is not clicked, the survey’s responses is not saved. They must go through all the windows until they get the completion window.
First Window: “Finish”
Second Window: “Submit Final”
Third Window: Completion Window
