The Professional Experience category is only for professional employment history. The Administrative Duties category is highlighted experience that could also be listed inProfessional Experience or Service. Duplication is allowed, but the entries should not be identical. The Administrative Duties entry should describe administrative aspects of activity.
Example:
Administrative Duties:
Director of Research, Department of Orthodontics, UTHSCH
– Formalized MS in Clinical Research Program
– Supervised MS thesis projects for 12 residents/year
– Mentored junior basic and clinical science faculty
Professional Experience:
Director of Research, Department of Orthodontics, UTHSCH
