The “Start Download” button for PubMed is greyed out. How do I download publications when this happens? There are 6 articles awaiting download that won’t do so without being able to select that button.
The “Start Download” button is greyed out when the publications matching the search criteria have already been downloaded. Within the download manager under Publications, under the line that says “Number of entries matching search criteria” it says “Matching entries not previously downloaded” (see screenshot below). If the top number is ≥ 1 and the bottom number is 0, either those publications were downloaded and saved to the CV already or they were rejected in the download queue because they did not belong to the faculty member.
