Did an error code show? 
If the answer is yes: Please email Academic-IT-Help@utah.edu with a brief summary and error code that was given. 
If the answer is no: Usually it’s a browser issue. Try switching browsers to see if that resolves the problem, I recommend using Chrome I’ve never had a problem with it.
