UFIS Systems Schedule Maintenance


Details Please be aware that on August 26th, the University Faculty Information & Support (UFIS) Team will conduct a scheduled outage on our services and systems, and some of our hosted services will be affected. The outage is expected to last from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm (MT). The UFIS team will advise when all services are restored.

Services impacted:

  • University of Utah CV system (U-CV)
  • All Mission-Based Management (MBM Systems) Including:
    • Faculty Maintenace
    • Risk Management
    • E-Survey
    • List Builder
    • Reports
  • FMS
  • FAR/Faculty Profiles
  • Appointment manager
  • Find a Doctor

This infrastructure maintenance is necessary to keep the University of Utah systems current and running efficiently. Note: This notice will be posted in CIS leading up to the change, and splash pages for unavailable systems will be posted during the outage.

Impact: Any emails sent to UFIS staff during this scheduled outage window will be queued and delivered once service has been resumed.
